This year my cookie decorating was inspired by Eyvind Earle. I came across his work in Hallmark's image bank. Aaron got pretty excited about him when we found out he was a Disney background artist. Take a look!

Hey, I never knew he worked with Hallmark! If you love his work, definitely (re)watch Sleeping Beauty! I just got the restored edition DVD for Christmas: it's my favorite because he did all of the art direction for the film's look as well as did background/concept art for it. There are some great extras on the second disc including interviews with him about it. You might also like Mary Blair's work for Disney (she designed the It's a Small World ride).
